As soon as you place an order through our webshop, we process it in our warehouse into a package and/or pallet shipment. We normally process it within 2 working days and then it will be shipped (if circumstances do not allow this, you will receive a timely email from us with the correct delivery times). On the day of delivery, you will receive an email containing your invoice and Track & Trace code.
Pick-up is only possible by appointment. Please indicate this when placing your order. We normally process your order within 2 working days, after which you will receive an email from us as soon as the order is ready for pickup, including the invoice (if this is not feasible due to circumstances, you will receive an email from us in due time with the correct delivery times). In the email you can also indicate when you would like to pick up the order.
We work with several reliable carriers. The delivery costs depend on the size and weight of your order. The cost for a small pallet shipment is €13.95 excluding VAT (excluding the Waddeneilanden). For multiple pallets, the rate is adjusted accordingly. Small packages cost €6.95 excluding VAT per package.
