All our van racking systems are easy to assemble. The beauty of this system is that you can easily add a sign board later on. The legs have a pattern of holes so that you can place a sign board every 2 cm. The signs have a raised edge of 6 cm and can carry a weight of up to 75 kg. With the rubber anti-slip mat that is placed in the sign board, your cargo stays in place. The system is made of lightweight steel and plate steel to achieve a light-weight interior without compromising on quality. All parts of the interior are powder coated. The floor brackets are already curved, the wall brackets not yet because the corners vary. All screws and nuts are included.

The van interior can be divided into 2 different depth sizes, the 310mm or the 425mm depth, these are the standardized dimensions of, among others, the cases from Festool, Tanos, Makita, etc. In the 310mm configuration, the case can be placed on the long side, and in the 425mm configuration, the case can be placed on the short side in the interior.
